between the two, i'd choose Hailey as the 'y' breaks up the alliteration a bit better!

Just avoid middle names starting with A, E, O, R or U

Well, I usually try to avoid names that begin with the same letter as my surname.

But it can sometimes work, like Marilyn Monroe as an example.

I think both Hannah and Hailey sound fine with Heinrick.
I don't think they're awkward. I prefer Hannah to Hailey usually but I think Hailey sounds better with Heinrick.
They don't look/sound awkward but keep in mind that she will have to be Hannah H. or Hailey H her entire time is school because there will be a million other girls with those names. They're ridiculously overused.
Both first names are cute but I'm not a big fan of people having alliterative names. Instead of Hannah would you ever consider going with Anna Heinrick?
