How do you feel about these names for a little girl?

My cousin is having another baby, and she asked me to look into people's opinions of the names she is stuck between.. Their last name is Thompson, and she already has a three year old little girl named Annalee Cross Thompson.

Piper is really nice. It's one of my faves. I like the name Brooklyn Piper.

Winter is an uncommon name so it would be original. I never heard of that name before...but I don't think she should have that name unless she is born in December or some other cold month.
